Neat Cutting Oil

Mineral neat cutting oil, which formulated using sulphured extreme pressure additive and fatty ester additive. In application, will not mets, provides a lubricating film of high sear strength. Can be used in much range application, sawing, turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc, for ferrous and non-ferrous metal, primarily to provide cooling and lubrication which lead to good tool life and appropriate surface finish of the components being machined.

Semi synthetic water - mix metal working, correct choice for cutting oil fluid, allows longer service life, excellent heat transfer, and provides excellent hydrodynamic lubricity characteristics, leading to reductions in tool wear.
